My nuraphones where not in working order for over a month of explaining and multiple attempts at troubleshooting when I had described a clear hardware issue

NuraTrue Pro is really the next level
I've been a Nura customer since the first gen Nuraphones a few years back. So, perhaps I'm biased. But I've been a Sony XM3/XM4 wireless buds user as for my daily drivers for a few years due to the quality of the noise cancelling. When the NuraTrue Pros were announced and I saw a few hands-on reviews, I had to try them. I am absolutely amazed at how close the sound quality of these get to the Nuraphones. The bass delivery is far better than any other earbud I've tried without being boomy. This product nails it!

The build quality is great and they sound great too my only complaint is they are a bit expensive for what they are..
Stellar Sound and Build Quality
The sound is incredible. I like that the hearing assessment does all the work and doesn't need the listener's input. The process is so easy to go through. In addition, the spatial audio and immersive base sounds are among the best I've heard in audio--perhaps THE best with the spatial audio itself. In addition, the earbuds are comfortable to wear, and they look good too. The build quality of both the earbuds and the case is solid.They are well worth the money.

Hi my Nuraphone stopped working.
I requested for help and did not have a response that within the expected time - as I was travelling I ended up buying a new Nuraphone which also did not arrive on time.
Now I want to cancel this subscription and asked for help on how to do this but have not had a response for 3 days.

Finally they have rent to own! I always wanted to buy Nuraphones, but to pay the whole amount for me was too much. Now they are offering to pay monthly instead of a one off payment, and eventually Nuraphones will be mine ?

Really poor service
Really poor service, waited over 2 and half months for a new set of headphones (nuraphone) whilst still paying my membership fee. I must say, although they excused one month payment I did have to prompt them.

In over 20 years in the music industry I have never experienced headphone sound like this.
It really is next level.
The immersion in the sound takes you to a whole new place, to the point where i intend to go back and listen to all of my favourite albums to see how they should sound.
Noise reduction is so advanced. I stepped out into gale force winds and all I could hear was whistling, within about 5 seconds they had compensated for it. After that only the occasional gust got through.
Thoroughly impressed and looking forward to discovering new sounds through these.
(I would recommend that Nura don’t use Evri for their deliveries because they are useless, incompetent fools, with zero customer service ability.
My package was 3 days late after being told it was out for delivery, the box was smashed to bits (luckily the product was not damaged), and they even tried the second delivery to the wrong address.)
Wow!!!
Wow!! After a bit of a wait my headphones arrived and I'm blown away with the quality. I wish I'd done this a long time ago, some headphones tend to fall short with too much bass or treble that dampens the sound.
I can honestly say this is the best pair of headphones I've ever tried.

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. Takes about a week to reply and they don’t even bother to look into your case. I.E: I have been trying to get my 2nd device as part of my ‘Nura refresh’ which I have been entitled to for over 5 months, still nothing. Nura customer service frequently ignore emails, but they’re more than happy to take your money!
